Welcome to the payment guide of our outdoor kitchens. Here you will find information about payment and delivery terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team, we will be happy to help you!

Payment methods

PAYMENT OBLIGATION.

By clicking on "Send order" in our checkout, the purchase becomes final and you therefore have a payment obligation for your order. For online orders, you will automatically be sent an order confirmation by e-mail with information about your order. We make a reservation that products may be sold out. In that case, we will inform you by e-mail.

WINDSCREEN PAYMENT

You can choose to pay for your products before delivery. We will send you an advance invoice by email, which you pay by bank transfer. We will send your order as soon as your payment has been registered with us. It usually takes 2-3 banking days before we see the payment in our account.

Payment by card

When paying by card, the amount of the order is reserved directly on the card for this purpose. The amount will be debited from the card within 7 days after the order has been placed. In those cases where you do not want the money to be debited from your account before we deliver, we request that you choose another payment method.

Clarna

Together with Klarna we offer the following payment methods, where payment is made directly to Klarna:

PayNowAutomatic debit from your account: is based on a direct debit and your bank account will be charged approximately two banking days after you have made your purchase or after the goods have been dispatched. Your creditworthiness will be examined in order to issue an invoice with a term of 14 days if direct debit is not possible.

PayLater: The payment term is 30 days from dispatch of the goods. There are no billing fees charged. Your creditworthiness is examined in order to issue a credit invoice.

PayOverTime: The amount is paid in installments over an agreed period. A credit check is carried out so that a credit note can be issued.

Ideal

With iDEAL you pay directly for your order via online banking from one of the participating banks. The payment process is as follows:

Choose iDEAL as payment method during checkout

Select your bank from the list of participating banks

You will be redirected to the online banking environment of your own bank, where you log in as you are used to

Confirm payment. Because your payment details have already been entered, you do not need to enter them again.

PayPal

We offer payment via PayPal. When choosing this payment method you will automatically be redirected to PayPal. We will send your order and order confirmation as soon as we receive your payment.
