Regret purchases

When you buy products from us, you always have the right to return them within 14 days. This means that you have the option to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the items, stating the reason in simple terms. The items do not need to be returned to us within those 14 days, but you must notify us within 14 days. Preferably do this by e-mail.

The legal requirement is 30 days from the time we receive the items, but this is usually faster. In order to receive a full refund of the order value upon exercising your right of withdrawal, the item must be in a so-called essentially unaltered condition. If the item has been used, a deduction will be made based on any depreciation that may be observed during use. This depreciation is mainly determined by the amount for which the item can be sold as used. The original packaging must also be retained. If this is not the case, a deduction will be applied. It is also up to you as a customer to provide new packaging for returning your item. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the shipment will be at your expense. Please feel free to contact us in advance to inquire about the return costs of your item. Creditworthiness is examined to issue an invoice with a payment term of 14 days if direct debit is not possible.

PayLater : The payment term is 30 days from the date of shipment of the goods . No billing fees will be charged. Your creditworthiness is examined in order to issue a credit invoice.

PayOverTime : The amount is paid in installments over an agreed period. A credit check is carried out in order to issue a credit invoice.

Choose iDEAL as a payment method during checkout. Select your bank from the list of participating banks.
